Grooming Tables

Merihart have two types of grooming tables available, the light weight folding table and the much more robust adjustable table.

The folding table is designed to fold away with half of the top folding down each side of the legs. The two halves of the table are lifted and, once above the horizontal, pushed together the legs spread and the top becomes one surface. [As illustrated at left] The greater the weight on the table the tighter together the sections of the top are forced. The frames are made of  strong square steel tube [19mm x 19mm] and with welded braces and 8mm bolts as the pivots

The tops of the tables are 17mm treated plywood with an aluminium edge for protection and a covering of Pyramid mat. The mat is available in Grey, Blue or Burgundy, and the frames can be any colour on the current powder coating chart.

The Adjustable tables can be raised and lowered by winding the handle at one end of the table. This can be done with or without the dog on the table and in most cases does not require any great effort. A simple threaded rod raises or lowers the scissor mechanism which gives a strong and steady platform to groom on. The table is strong [25mm square steel frame] and has a large drawer in which to keep your grooming articles.

The top is of 17mm treated plywood with  a Pyramid mat cover. glued on to give a hard wearing nonslip surface. An aluminium strip finishes the top so that the edge of the mat cannot lift or be damaged

As the table is quite heavy a set of folding wheels can be fitted  to one end  so that it may be wheeled  about.
